TRIBUTE CARDS
Give a gift of honor for the holidays this year! When you make a donation in honor of someone, we will mail them a tribute card notifying them of your thoughtful gift. This year, we have cards in two styles: "You Make Someone Shine", which is a great year-round tribute card, and "Wishing you peace and happiness this holiday season". We can also mail the card to you so you can write a note and present the gift yourself.
After you make your donation, please send an email to info@eenp.org letting us know how you would like your cards delivered, including names and addresses if you would like us to send your cards directly to your recipients.
Minimum donation is $15 per tribute card.
ADULT LONG SLEEVE SHIRTS (indigo blue)
A fun EENP shirt, with a bone and our name on the front left chest, and a playful dog on the back! Adult long sleeve shirts are available in indigo blue, in sizes S-XL. See sizing chart at bottom of page for measurements.
Long Sleeve shirts are $16.50 each.

A fun EENP shirt, with a bone and our name on the front left chest, and a playful dog on the back! Adult short sleeve shirts are available in cedar red, in sizes S-XL. See sizing chart at bottom of page for measurements.

YOUTH SHORT SLEEVE SHIRTS (indigo blue)
A fun EENP shirt, with a bone and our name on the front left chest, and a playful dog on the back! Youth short sleeve shirts are available in indigo blue, in sizes XS-XL. See sizing chart at bottom of page for measurements. Note that if you want a shirt in blue for a smaller adult, you may be able to use youth sizing. Youth shirts are shorter for the same chest size, however.

We charge a base fee of $2.50 for shipping, plus a per-item charge of $1.50 for shirts and $0.75 for card packs (there is no shipping charge for tribute cards). The per-item charges are charged on the first item as well, so we have included that cost in the online pricing for each item. However, if you wish to purchase your shirts online and pick them up at the office, please send us an email after you checkout. We will refund you the shipping charges (including the per-item charges) and you can stop by the office to pick your purchases up. Please call first, though! There is typically someone in the office between 9am and 6pm Monday through Friday, but meetings may take us away. If you only want tribute cards or to make a donation, please choose "Donation/Tribute Card Only" for shipping when you are checking out. (We can also easily refund the shipping charges after checkout, if you miss the chance during checkout!)
